Company was 5 min late to interview, was supposed to be 3 members of the company the HR, Hiring Manager, and Department Manager only the HR showed up. They asked about my employment then asked if I had any questions. While asking questions to show off some of the things I knew about the area and to gauge how they operate the HR rep could only give me vague answers which is understandable. We ended fairly quickly since no one ever joined in on the interview. Next day they said they wanted someone with more experience but since there was no one there who asked or even knew about how the department worked that answer said they never were actually interested in doing anything but wasting my time.
