interviews conducted by phone and in person. There was a long wait between applying and being interviewed. The interview was rescheduled twice. No follow up was given after the interview from the college. It took two months for them to notify of a decision. Then they wanted me to start immediatly without time to relocate or settle in.

Questions were pre-designed and given in a panel. The panel however was made up of unqualified people. Instead of instructors from the department there were management assistants without any knowledge or qualifications in the area.
