I submitted my resume. Quickly I received an e-mail asking me to submit to the employment survey; also asked questions about salary, and how I felt I would fit the position. Great questions, makes you think about your approach. I got another e-mail requesting a video interview. The HR director made me feel very comfortable. She was pleasant and professional. Very informative and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. She also made herself available for follow-up questions. Very approachable. This process is not complete and I'm waiting; hopeful of an offer

The HR Director asked about my previous experience, my problem solving ability, and worked through the job description as a guide. Asked about my flexibility and made sure I understood the company's philosophy/business model.
