Screen with recruiter, online meeting with the hiring manager, then meeting with team members. Another meeting with the customers hiring manager. This took about 3 weeks. Everyone was friendly and professional and I thought I was going to get the position, however I was ghosted by the recruiter even after sending follow up emails a few weeks later.
