I didn't really have an interview. I had a casual conversation with the vehicle engineering director at a conference, we looked and my resume and he hired me. Really easy interview, I'm sure this is out of the ordinary for Northrop Grumman i was hired during a hiring spree.

The interview was relaxed and straight forward. It was mainly questions about past experience and future goals. Please try to have constant contact with your recruiter as this probably also made a huge difference for me.
