Met with a panel of three NGC employees. They allowed me to introduce myself and explain my background and work experience before asking me specific job-related questions. The panel was interested in technical/computer skills as well as soft skills such as handling difficult situations/customers and negotiation. The panel thoroughly answered my questions about job duties, co-workers and conditions.
