Colloquio
Since I was local to their office, I was able to get onsite for an interview without having to go through phone interview (also having a referral helped). Unlike other interviews I went through, the NG interview team was very professional and didn't try to give me an "IQ" test, which I always think it doesn't represent the candidate's potential professional performance in any way. I met 3-4 people on an average of 45 minutes or so each, and they were interested in hearing about my school work, projects I've done, etc. I also had enough time to learn about the projects there, and what I would expect to work on. Overall I had a very good experience, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I thought my to-be colleagues were very professional. I only declined the offer because I found another offer involving projects that I was more interested in.

Colloquio
I uploaded my resume on the company's website and applied for all positions that were suggested. I was reffered to the company and listed the referral's name. Three days later I received a call for an interview. The interview process included a telephone interview, 1 on 1 with a hiring manager, a group panel interview, presentaion and background of the company. This was followed by an IQ test, backgroumd, and drug sceening. I got to meet the supervisors that I would work under, they gave their backgrounds. Everyone came off as knowledgeable of their duties and happy to be a part of the "team". Teamwork was a big deal and tthey explained the importance of everyon's role and how it all comes together in the end. I was given a call with the formal offer the following week.
