it was a phone interview and then an in person interview at the el segundo facility. with 3 hiring managers and a couple engineers. wasnt very technical seems like they are looking more for personalities than skill sets

Pretty standard interview. Hiring manager showed me the facilities. Technical interview was a bit of a grind with lots of questions regarding SPC and process engineering principals. Interview was on-site and completed all in a single day.
It was truly one interview with the head of the process engineering group in the region of your application and they ask you standard questions that are more so be a behavioral along with a few questions concerning your résumé
