Had an initial HR phone screening, followed by a phone panel interview between the director of SW. The questions asked were based on the STAR method and it was basically past experiences and "give examples of..."
The one thing that struck me as odd was neither the HR person nor the panel had discussed a Start Date or Compensation amount. To me that sounds like they

Group interviewed by phone. Forty-Five minutes of questions, followed by fifteen minutes for me to ask questions. Pretty generic questions. They almost seemed uninterested in my responses, and did not really ask follow-up questions.
