I applied online through the Northrop Grumman website. About 2 months after applying for the position, I got a phone call from Human Resources requesting an on-site interview. The interview was with 2 of the Program Managers, very informal but professional and only took about 30 minutes. Was mostly asked behavioral and interest questions and discussed my resume/experience.

Was very easy, the interviewer only asked me if I was willing to relocate and the rest of the time was me asking him questions. Gave me a verbal offer at the end of the interview
