First call was with HR to schedule an interview, as well as some basic screening questions. The interview was 1 hour with manager and a senior engineer on the team. Both were nice people and easy to talk to. A few behavioral questions, some technical questions but nothing difficult.
We iterated on the offer a few times (salary, signing bonus, and PTO). The final offer was fair (in-line with the market), but not sufficient to leave my current role.
The whole experience was positive, with exception to the recruiter saying each iteration was the “final” offer. That and the long delays between each iteration.
