One of the worst experiences I have had in my life. I interviewed for the Linthicum, MD, position. The interview was easy and great, and two days after the interview, I was selected. The recruiter called me and said they would give me a certain amount of money, and I said that was the amount she had mentioned earlier, and I was okay with their offer. Then she said she would be in touch, but she never got back to me. I never declined the offer or negotiated the salary but was still rejected by the hiring manager. They never tried to make me an offer; they never tried to reach me. This is not how you should treat people. Don't make them an offer if you are going to do this. I hope karma gets to the recruiter and the hiring manager for how much anxiety and depression they have caused the other party.

The interview were all behavioral questions. Very little technical questions, but it was heavily focused on my leadership, basic excel skills, and interpersonal communication skills. There was 2 interviews when interning, then receiving an offer.
