The interview and hiring process was a little longer than I expected. Interviewed and waited about a month to hear back. Northrop Grumman is the only company where the recruiter was actively keeping me up to date on the process which was nice. But overall, the managers just wanted to get a feel for my personality. A lot of situational questions in the interview. Really nice and welcoming, everyone asked questions and you could tell that people genuinely like working there.
