The same basic standards of interview questions. Alot of talking about the company or specific duties of the role you're going to be in. Skills assessment and fit should me more of the focus rather than just talking about the team/company. No focus on the culture and what is required to fit in. There was little actual thought provoking questions that could divulge anything about how good a fit it might be for the candidate. Difficulties in assessing the true characteristics of the daily functions. Too much general talk in the questions asked and not very responsive to really good questions from me about the direction in which the company is moving.

Not a stressful environment. The managers main goal is to know if you will fit well with the team and if you have knowledge of the work you will be doing.
