I got my job through the DoD SkillBridge internship program. There wasn't any formal interview process for me because of this. I spoke with a manager who had an opening for a SkillBridge intern, and he hired me. Two months later I got an offer of permanent employment.

Colloquio
Competence based interview, panel of two covering mixture of behavioural and technical competency based questions. Felt like a fair assessment, with a good amount of time allocated for the interview.
Interviewed over the phone. Interviewed claimed to be having a bad day and seemed disinterested or tired during the interview. This definitely effected the interview process and job placement. The other interviewer was much more attentive and communicative.
