30 minutes with 2 managers. Not too intimidating. Job description did not match details expressed in the interview. Interview made the job seem more demanding and deserving of more compensation than was being offered.

Interview process was pretty easy and laid back. Usually if you receive a call back, you have a great chance of being hired for the role you applied for. I was interviewed by two people and did all of my negotiating with a separate person in the HR department.
