Management asked question about my previous work experiences and about myself then management team review basics about the department and my possible role and staffing /schedule requirements

It was short, about 30 minutes. Recruiter first called and asking screening questions, then set up the interview, met with management and they asked basic interview questions. Then after wards, received job offer about a month later.

Very welcoming environment, management eager to learn more about you to determine if there’s a fit between the candidate and the facility. Interviewed with two upper management employees who took turns asking various questions. Not high pressure questions but more conversational type.
