I was interviewed with two other girls, but some people interview individually. We were kindly asked questions about volunteering and the hospital setting in general. There was also a follow up orientation.

It was easy, had to study a bit. They gave you a booklet before hand to study from and then you just studied that until it was time for the interview
Short interview that involved asking your career goals and where you would like to be placed. It was very relaxed and is mostly a means to learn about your character.
