Began with Skype interview as I lived in Chicago during the interview/hiring process. Initial interview was via Skype with one CDI Director and the HIM Director. Then in person interview a couple weeks later at their corporate HQ in Westbury, with 1 HR employee and 2 CDI directors. Very benign questions about my experience and how I performed CDI at my prior job, etc...then hired a couple weeks later; all done through a recruiter.
