So I only got through one step so far which was the phone interview. I want to share this information because when I was looking for it I couldn't find it. After the phone interview he said he would be in touch with me in about a week or so. So no offer yet.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
