I met with a supervisor at the clinic to interview, and it was more like I was interviewing him. He was impressed by my experience, and told me about the programs in detail. He also introduced me to other staff members and took me on a tour of the agency. I think this was an easy interview because I was just applying to be a social work intern. I've heard that actual staff interviews are much more difficult.
