I applied online and received a call a few days later. Completed a brief phone interview to cover the basics and confirm my interest. Scheduled an in person interview for the next day. Let me say that this was my 6th interview for the week and I was dreading it. Arrived for interview 15 min early. I was immediately show in and asked to take a seat. ( Surprise!!) The building was clean and well lit. I waited only seconds before Robert G arrived to start my interview. The first step was a patrol survey on an iPad, easy to complete and a great intro to the high standards patrol officers are held to. Once I completed the survey Robert G escorted me to a conference room and so the in person portion of the interview began. This interview was professional and on time!! Such a big deal when so few employees even see your personal worth or treat you with any respect in the COVID-19 job market. Interviewer was respectful of my years of experience in the field and offered a fair wage!!! Needless to say I accepted on the spot. I continue to be impressed.
