Very laid back. Mostly just asked me about my skills and what programs I knew how to use. I didn't feel the same amount of pressure/nervs as I have with other interviews. It seemed to me like they didn't interview anyone else because they hired me on the spot. I get the feeling not a lot of people applied because the job description on the UO page was a little vague. But other all a good experience.
