The interview process was fairly simple. Standard teaching demonstration. I did not get to meet with the Provost but I did meet all of the faculty in the department and many other people on campus.

The interview process was unnecessarily long and exhausting. Require to meet with every single member of the department, and many of the questions were repetitive. Overall, the experience felt draining and inefficient.
