They made you complete an excel with at least 60 names of people between the age of 25 and 50 that you knew and make a powerpoint presentation about the company and yourself. I was uncomfortable with the 60 names because that is who you would be selling to and I do not want to sell to my friends and family.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
