I received a call about coming in for an interview after applying for the position online. The interview was the first of a five step process and the interviewer was very informative and pleasant. The people all seemed rather nice and the work culture was casual. My advice would be to research the company beforehand and have plenty of questions prepared, as this job is solely commission based you make it what you will.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
