So far the company seems to put a lot of time and effort into making sure that they potential candidates know what they are getting into. I think that the exercise they give potential new financial reps is quite helpful so you can get a feel for what you will be doing on a daily basis.

There were not any trick questions in the interview. They were straight forward and clear.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
