There is a four step interview process that literally takes four interviews to get hired. Throughout the process you are given a homework assignment to start networking so they can see if you are worth it to them. 100% commision based which scares away alot of potential employees. Long process but worth it in the end because they pay for certificates.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
