Interview process was not bad. 3 interviews. First was very informational. Second one was general interview type questions about why you think you would be a good fit for the company. Third interview you present a brief business plan/idea for how you would get clients.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
