The original interview was set up on a Tuesday during the day. The recruiter called me 10 minutes after my scheduled time to tell me that we needed to reschedule. The interview then took place a few days later and we had a great conversation. My resume was passed to the hiring manager. Two weeks later, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to the recruiter and she told me that she was waiting to hear back from the hiring manager and she would let me know. Three weeks later (5 weeks now), I reached out again to ask where we were in the process. Two days later, I don’t hear from the recruiter but I get a canned rejection email. Great way to treat candidates. This experience reassured me that I don’t ever want to work here.

Fairly painless. HR initial screen. Interview 1 with hiring manager. 2nd round with other leaders in the area and typical HR questions. Nothing out of the ordinary - mostly behavioral questions.
