Quick to call, quick to get you in the door, quick to interview. They ask you basic questions and make you complete surveys that will determine if you're eligible for employment. You have to get above a certain score on each test, otherwise they cannot extend an offer.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
