The first interview was a personality review and overview of what type of person they are looking for to be successful. The interview is making sure you will be interested in a career with the company and have enough of a network to get started. After the first interview you must do an online personality test.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
