Pretty straight forward interview process. They really just try to get a good feel for how you're motivated and where your motivation comes from. They like to hire people that are well connected and have good connections in the community. The process starts with a phone interview process, then a in office interview and finally you have to put a presentation together on why you would be a good fit for the company.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
