I submitted my resume. Then, I was asked to come into an information session. We were in a group of about 10, and a manager gave us a presentation about the company while asking us questions to test our knowledge the whole time. I got a call the next day to come in for a one on one interview. I was asked questions about my past selling experience, how outgoing I was, some major challenges I have faced in my life, etc. The office and everyone in it seemed to be very driven and motivated (they make money off of commissions, so they have to be driven in order to be successful)

Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.

Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
