I got a call after talking to the comapny at my university college fair. First, I had a 45 minute phone interview in which I was asked basic questions, such as your strengths, weaknesses, experiences, and walking through my resume. Then after that I had to fill out a personality trst for the internship. Next, i had to list the names of 100 possible clients and their contact information.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
