I cancelled my interview with them once I realized that my business book and personal contacts were going to be the exact same with this company.

Super basic interview questions, run of the mill kind of stuff. Because they're gonna hire you. Because you're 100% commission, and you're expected to work your "personal network". Why not just work at an MLM?
