The hiring manager was friendly and very transparent. I felt like she answered all the more "awkward" questions (like benefits, salary expectations, etc.) and all I had to do was negotiate my expectations. Half of the first interview was behavioral questions and the rest was showing her a previous of my portfolio/website and explaining only one of my projects in detail. She mentioned after the interview that if the team wanted to move forward with me, I'd need to go through 3 more rounds of interviewing (mostly portfolio review) before they decide to send in an offer.
