I was approached by a friend of mine that had recently finished the internship process. He invited me to come in to the office for an interview if I was ever interested in a job. I called and set up a date and came in for an interview. I was told I had to come in for a second one after and did so. Second interview I was shown the day of an intern and what we would be doing.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
