The interview process was very standard. They asked you questions you would expect to be asked such as "Why do you want to work for Northwestern Mutual?" and "Can you name 100 people you know?" This was just a job I was not interested in.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
