Multiple zoom interviews that lasted from around 45-60 minutes. After being led on that I would be a good fit I did not even hear back. Understandable if it is just the first interview but 3 interviews in it was definitely disappointing and not very professional

This internship is a lot about personal skills and grit. They ask about hardships that you have had to over come. As well they ask a lot about connections and how people in your life see you.

Very in depth process, the information given about the internship is more vague in the initial internship but a much more detailed breakdown is given in the final "offering" interview. Initially described as commission based but has stable base line pay during the licensing/mentoring period.
