They asked me to come in the same day they reached out. I first met with the head of the department, followed by more senior recruiters, and the interviews lasted about two hours. Afterward, they asked me to let them know if I was interested in the role, at which point they would decide whether to extend an offer. I chose not to follow up, as it didn’t seem like the type of environment where I would thrive. The recruiting function is highly competitive, with a real-time leaderboard tracking performance. Also, talking during work hours is discouraged which I found odd and frankly sad. That said, their commission structure does offer strong earning potential.
