The first interview was a very simple weed out phone interview by the controller, Jennifer. The second interview was a full financial statement assessment test (walk into pencil, scratch paper, and calculator). The third part was another group interview (yes I wrote third part) I gathered they were more so looking for someone who has done every single function of accounting. Not for you if you come from a larger company.

Started with a phone interview, went for an in person interview. With the in person interview their was an accounting test that was given with general accounting questions. The team I met was very nice and personable.
