I applied via email. Two months later was invited to do a 2 hrs written test sent by emil(1st phase of the process). Two days after the test was the first interview with a panel comprising HQ, and Somalia Country Office(2nd Phase of the process), it was a Skype interview. The first interview took 50 minutes. The interviewers seemed approachable and the overall experience was positive. The questions in the first questions were more on the TOR/JD especially on program design, strategy, Implementation budgeting and questions on Local Peace Building Structures on Somalia. The Second interview was more related to the role, with someone from the Country Office(Head of Operations) who was not in the first interview
