After applying with a cover letter and resume, the process began with one or two phone interviews with the hiring manager. Next I was invited to a panel interview with the principal,l the hiring manager and a senior advisor. It was a friendly, conversational atmosphere in the principal's office. After the offer, HR stepped into discuss details of salary and benefits.
