Applied with a CV and cover letter, offered an interview about 3 weeks later. Short grammar test to begin with and then face to face interview questions. Overall a good experience, very friendly interviewers. However waited over 2 weeks for a response when told it would only be 2 days. Had to chase for a response and got a generic email from their HR department. Really put them into a bad light as a quick phonecall would be much more professional. Interviewees put a lot of time and effort into preparation and it is only right to at least be told by the person who interviews you that they’ve gone with someone else.
