It's a sweatshop. They'll exploit you by forcing you to work long hours cold calling people. At some point, you'll be terminated, and the advisor who you works under will keep all the clients. They aren't yours. You will earn almost nothing, with this being a 100% commission role. You will learn almost nothing, besides how to follow a script. During my interviews, each of the interviewers made sure to mention how they make a ton of money; they don't have a good reputation and the role clearly sucks, so this is their tactic to pitch their company to you. Search on Linkedin for the career paths of people who have held the Associate position. It doesn't lead anywhere, because it's actually a call centre position. On Google, most of their reviews are fake. Most of them are 5 star reviews by their own employees using their real names; the rest are obviously fake.
