Got an email about setting up an interview a couple of days after I applied. The recruiter, Annie, was 10 minutes late to the interview. She finally joins the interview and doesn't acknowledge or apologize that she was late. She spent the entire interview trying to negate my experience and proceeded to talk about how competent and busy she is. Needless to say, I withdrew from the position.
