HR reached out to me directly.
The interview process is exhausting and frustrating making you feel like you are applying for Top 3, only to come back to you and give you unreasonable rejection reasons which they could have already seen through your resume. The role was a step up for me which was already mentioned in the resume.
I cleared 3 rounds with them and even after what I felt was an interview where I answered everything so well, to my surprise, they came back saying you don't have industry experience or manager level experience which was clearly already mentioned in the resume. If it was a deal breaker, they shouldn't have progressed and waste a month of my time making me do case studies during my full time job. Safe to say, I will never be applying for this company again. I would never recommend anyone to apply for them.

They make you case study and ask you questions on your findings.
Written application, casual chat with HR, then a take home case study (qual and quant). I didn’t progress after this stage, but received support at each stage and feedback (though I had to chase it) was relatively helpful

I attended an initial phone interview covering my work history, skills and reasons for wanting to join Nous Group. Only myself and one Talent Manager attended the meeting and it went for about 30 minutes.
