There were several interviews with technical questions and some logical questions, that some people just got from other interviews they had in the past. Not all is really physics related, but just to see if you get it right.
I did get it right by chance but that's not really a smart way to check.
Anyways, they also ask for salary expectations. Seems like they pay VERY little compared to the market today.
They think that 35k ils a month is a lot for people with experience. (Usually after MSc in optics without experience you get 30 or more today. Usually around 32-3).
Even in government place, I got an offer of ~35 with just MSc in optics and just several years of experience.
On the positive side, I heard the managers inside do listen to their employees and if the job is boring they help them transition to a different role inside the company.
