Telephone interview from the head of HR and then a face-to-face interview with the department head. Both were relaxed and friendly. I felt they genuinely wanted to get to know me rather than a simple trawl through my qualifications. Both the HR person and the interviewer took their time to explain how the process would go and what it was they were looking for. There were no tricky, left-of-field questions. Feedback after the interview was full and frank but tactfully put.
